Monday's Momentum
On this dark and dreary Monday I was shown kindness from the last person I ever thought could be a beacon of hope. The smallest action of humility was an inspiration of how selfless I aim to be. I now hold the responsibility to keep the momentum going.

Gas Change
Last night I was at the gas station finding myself in line behind an old man holding a handful of change. He didn’t know how much change he had until he arrived at the register. The woman behind the register asked, “$6.21 on pump 1?” he looked surprised but quickly saddened by how little of an amount was accounted for, he then nodded as he braced himself to enter the cold....
